Jeffrey Lewis InMotion Manager & Instructor
Born and raised in Westford, he attended Westford Academy and earned his MBA in Business Administration in 2015. He grew up participating in almost every sport available from Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Crew to Golf, Snowboarding, Cross Country and Soccer. He takes his passion for sports intertwined with his business education to make sure people are getting the best experience possible at InMotion!
Scott is a lifelong resident of Westford, growing up on the west bank of Nabnassett Lake. After high school, he pursued his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduating, cum laude in 2005, he began a career of personal training/group exercise where he worked in corporate, private and commercial fitness facilities.
Ten years later he has found his niche, instructing groups and individuals towards their various fitness goals in his home town at InMotion. His classes always bring excitement and challenge to ensure everyone enjoys their workout and is able to apply their workouts to everyday life functions.
“Everyone’s reason to exercise is different. My goal is to help you understand why you are exercising and how your body will respond. There are many components that must be in place to achieve this goal. Desire, is number one.”
Mark Herbert has over twenty years’ experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with both men and women of all levels both on-one-one and group classes. He has successfully taught hundreds of Bootcamp & Group Circuit classes in the area and has brought his Group Circuit Class to InMotion. He is an ISSA-certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and a Graduate of the Personal Training Institute. His commitment to training is to teach people the best way to exercise to meet their goals, so when they workout on their own they will have the confidence and knowledge to continue to do so. In addition, he specializes in high energy, high intensity, workouts for people that are looking for a challenge. His philosophy for his classes is variety and building upon compound exercises week to week. Mark has the skill set, knowledge, and experience to help you achieve your goals!

Sally is both a 4 Star level SPINNING instructor and TRX trainer at InMotion. She is a firm believer that staying healthy and fit should not only be a regular but fun part of one’s life. Sally is an avid skier and participates in the Pan Mass Challenge bike ride for Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Along with SPINNING and TRX, she instructs in multiple disciplines including: Muscle Conditioning, Aerobics, Step, Kickboxing, Zumba, and Personal Training.
. Kate is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor at the studio, using her knowledge and experience she builds her classes around the principals of strength and endurance. She tries to bring a lot of fun into her classes by incorporating music with a strong beat that will help you tune into your ride and let go of your cares. When Kate’s not on the bike, you’ll likely find this lover of the great outdoors hiking, skiing or hanging out oceanside.
Lauren is a graduate of UMass Lowell where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to become a strength and conditioning coach before getting her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. She has been coming to InMotion for over 1 1/2 years and truly feels a part of the community that has been growing here! Lauren brings her passion to every class she teaches and looks forward to helping every person with achieving their fitness goals!
Andrea is a Westford resident and a graduate of Northeastern University. While her degree is in Criminal Justice, Andrea has been a lifelong athlete and fell in love with spinning two years ago.
Andrea is a Mad Dogg certified spinning instructor and focuses her classes around building endurance and strength. Andrea brings enthusiasm to her classes with a great playlist featuring all genres of music. She loves to coach and inspire others to improve their fitness levels and cycling abilities. She feels strongly that not only does exercise improve your body physically, but also helps to clear your mind leaving you ready to tackle whatever challenge that day brings!
Stephanie is a fitness geek who loves not only her personal workouts but also helping others achieve maximum personal performance. In addition to TRX, strength training, kettlebells, and running weekend half marathons Stephanie is also an avid distance cyclist. She balances a busy life running her Interior Design firm and energetic workouts with a diet of organic and healthy greens, grains, fruits, and a wide variety of super nutrient dense ingredients. Stephanie loves to pump up her Spin classes with mega doses of high energy kick-ass music that really gets a class moving!. Stephanie is a graduate of the New England School of Art and Design has been a member of InMotion since 2013. She now adds Mad Dogg certified spin instructor to her list of accomplishments. If this was not enough just wait until you get into one of her Mad Dogg classes, your head will spin.

Sheila has been teaching Fitness classes for the past 24 years. I hold a high standard for myself to provide a safe and effective workout for all levels. She is a Certified AFAA Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, Step aerobics instructor, KickBox instructor, and Physical Activity Instructor Of Older Adults. her focus as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer is to identify and correct postural compensations due to muscle inactivity or misfiring that lead to muscle overuse and muscle imbalances that weaken the stability of our joints.
