This program is the missing link to any balanced fitness routine. Learn to correct compensatory patterns caused by muscle imbalances, joint instability, injury, surgery, poor muscle activation, repetitive movement, etc. Using Resistance Bands, Swiss Balls and Light Weights in a unique pattern of pauses and pulses will help to activate deep stabilizing muscles, improving joint stability, joint movement, strength, and flexibility!
