Flow Yoga is a great way to combine recovery from a week of intense exercise in our group fitness and spinning classes with flowing movements to improve your flexibility and balance. Flow, also called vinyasa, is a dynamic style of yoga that matches physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm throughout the practice. Inspiration comes from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. Expect a moderate physical practice that includes light philosophy, pranayama or breathing exercises, and basic meditation techniques that help bring body, mind, and soul into alignment.
