Spinning is more than just an exercise, our classes offer a variety of movements, techniques, and hand positions, when combined, allow a great deal of creativity and personal expression. From riders with no experience to those who have been indoor cycling for years, our classes can accommodate all skill levels so we can ride together!
Group Fitness Classes
From Circuit Training, Cardio Strength Intervals, Metabolic Conditioning, and everything in between, our group fitness classes will work all the major muscle groups so you can reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. No two classes are ever the same, expect variety in every class and our experienced instructors can offer modifications for any pre-existing injuries or limitations.
